If you are a student of general category then you must have 50% aggregate marks in 12th while if you have reservation that is you belong to sc or st or OBC category then you must have 40%

hello nirmal kumar, As far as you have passed 12 from recognized board you are eligible to appear neet 2020 , here is the general eligibilty to appear for neet exam:
Qualifying Exam -10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
Minimum Age Requirement -17 years as on December 31, 2020.
Maximum Age Limit - 25 years (UR), 30 years (OBC/SC/ST/PwD)
Qualifying Marks - UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%
Maximum Attempts - No limit
Nationality -Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals.

Citizens of India, Non resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Overseas citizens of India (OCIs) and foreign nationals are eligible to take NEET 2020. NEET is mandatory for candidates who wish to study medicine in India. It is also mandatory for candidates who wish to study medicine abroad but wish to come back to India for practice. The other eligibility criteria of NEET 2020 are detailed below.
Qualifying Exam
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020.
Minimum Age Requirement
Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2020.
Maximum Age Limit
There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgement on it.
Qualifying Marks
The marks are separate for each category and can be listed as under. The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
Maximum Attempts
There is no limit on the number of attempts a student can make.
