I have passed class 12 in 2016 and preparing for jee 18 and I got 70%(78% in pcm). Is I am eligible for IIIT hyderabad

Yes you are as they just need 60% in 12th to be eligible.

Obtaining a minimum of 60% marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry in Class XII.

JEE (Mains): Total Marks

First tiebreaker: Mathematics marks

Second tiebreaker: Physics marks

Third tiebreaker: Chemistry marks











Note:Class XII marks have no bearing on the ranking and seat allocation.

Age requirement:

Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1992. Five years relaxation is given to SC, ST and PwD candidates, i.e., these candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1987.

Number of attempts

A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two times in consecutive years. Therefore, candidates who appeared in JEE (Advanced) 2016 for the first time are also eligible.
