Yes, you can appear for JEE mains exam in 2022 if you have completed your class 12th in 2020. JEE Main exam is conducted twice every year. As er NTA guidelines you can appear in three consecutive years from the year of passing their class 12 for JEE Main.

Considering you have not attempted jee mains and advance in the year 2020 then you should definitely attempt jee mains and advanced in the current year that is 2021. Although you can also attempt jee mains  in the year 2022 but not advanced and this would be your last attempt.

No, you are eligible for JEE advanced 2022 but yes you are eligible for JEE main 2022

This is because,

One is eligible for JEE advanced examination for a maximum of two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing for 12th board examination.

Now, your 12th appearing year is 2020 .

So, being appearing for 12th board examination in 2020 ,you were eligible for JEE advanced 2020 and  also eligible  for JEE advanced 2021.

So, it doesn't matter even if you didn't appear in JEE advanced and JEE main 2020 you can still not appear in JEE advanced 2022 to with 12th passing year 2020

One can give JEE Mains entrance examination for a maximum of 3 consecutive years starting from the year of passing 12th board examination.

So, if you have passed 12th board examination in 2020 then you were eligible for JEE main 2020  and you are also eligible for JEE main 2021 and JEE main 2022

Sadly, you are eligible for jee mains but not for jee advance. Because you can attempt jee mains for consecutively 3 years from the year of passing class 12th, and you had already passed class 12, 2 years ago, so you were eligible for jee mains 2020,2021 and 2022, same goes for jee advanced, you can appear for jee advanced consecutively for two years from the year of passing class 12th which means that you were eligible for jee advanced 2020 and 2021. Therefore you are not eligible for jee advanced 2022.
