I have passed class 12th this year with 73.6 %marks in cbse board but ihave filled my improvement form in bihar board can i am eligible for the btech in Niit /iit college

Since you are giving re-exam from bihar board make sure to get above 75% and then you will be eligible for IIT and NIT. And also make sure to sure good percentile in MAINS and Advance. There will be no issues there on
