Yes; You are eligible for all India criteria

Regarding domicile, it depends on how long you have stayed in which state.

Hello,

Actually you have to check for the domicile criteria which varies to state wise.some state consider 12th pass of that state where other states condlsider 10 yr residentship of that state...

If you want to be selected for odisha you have to fill up form under 15% all india quota & if you want for rajsthan state u have to fill form under 85% state quota

Hi.

i advise you to kindly check the domicile criteria for rajasthan. all states have different. while some require you to do 12th from that state, others require you to be staying there since 10 years. please look into the eligibility criteria carefully.

all the best!

It all depends on the state government/medical board. While some of the states consider domicile as a qualification for admission, others might consider state from where 11th and 12th are passed. So considering your situation, you will get those colleges in Rajasthan which consider 12th board instead of domicile. This is for 85% state quota.

Otherwise you can get admission in any college in any state of India(except J&K) through 15% quota.

However you won't get colleges in Orrisa through 85% state quota.
