Dear Tirot, FMGE or MCI screening Test is ideally taken by those candidates who possess a primary Medical Qualification awarded by any Medical Institution outside India and wish to get a permanent or provisional registration with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. So you have cleared that part and are legally allowed to practise in India with your MBBS. Now, coming to the MD part, the official website clearly mentions that those candidates who have permanent registration with MCI, aren't required or eligible for re-registration with MCI even if they acquire additional qualification with any State Medical Council. So in other words, as you are already registered with MCI for your MBBS, though you have finished MD, you don't need to register again with MCI. Your first time registration with MCI is good irrespective of the additional qualifications that you acquire. Please visit the official website at https://mciindia.org/ActivitiWebClient/informationdesk/registration for more information.
Hope this helps!
