Congratulations on passing the exam .YES, your are eligable to apply for that.IISER are famous for their research values ,so if you wanna do research  and take further studies go for it .You  can enter IISER through exams like jee ,kvpy(which will be around october and the application deadline will be of august ,so dont forget to aplly for it earlier) etc.
