I have passed my 10th Class in Odisha State & 12th In Maharashtra...So which will be preferred as my Home-State to get addimision In NITs?

According to the officials, your home state is considered to be the state from where you have completed you higher secondary education that is 11th and 12th class. In your case you have completed your 12th class from Maharashtra, so Maharashtra will be considered as your home state. You will get admission benefits only in Maharashtra as almost 50% seats are reserved for home state students. So, Maharashtra will be preferred as your Home state for admissions in NITs..

your addhar is in which state ..? If your addhar is in Orissa then you are belongs to Orissa
If your addhar is in Maharashtra then you are belongs to Maharashtra.
