I have passed my 10th in 2015 and 12th in 2017 from haryana (cbse board ).But i have my domicile and obc certificate of uttarakhand.What should i mention in neet application form for further state counselling of neet??? What should i fill in correspondence and permanent address??

Considering your education and reservation, you should go with Uttarakhand as your home state. Considering your home state of reservation, go with Uttarakhand as your home state. Your Domicile certificate is the main criteria as well as your OBC certificate is in Uttarakhand. If your parents live there and do their job there ; there's nothing to be worried about.
