I have passed my 10th in 2020 and due to covid-19 I can't pressue my class 11th in a regular manner. So could I fill form of private candidate for class 12 for session 2021-22.

If you try and get admission in any private or government school, they will require you to first complete class 11th and then move onto class12th.
In order to directly go into class 12th and give the bosrd exams in the ongoing session you can do it from open.
And please do this as soon as possible because the board’s registration process is going on right now. So register privately.
