I have passed my 11th with comm with maths, due to lockdown wasn't able to choose stream wisely, I was interested in PCM but took commerce (it's bit interesting now after studying for an year), but I am interested in technology, i am just 16 so should I repeat 11th with PCM(for btech) or do BCA+MCA?

It depends on what type of technology you are interested,if you are interested in coding/AI/ML then you can opt for BCA and MCA, if you are interested in electronic appliances, electrical/ mechanical, automobile , IOT/robotics technologies then you can go and opt for Science in 11th so that you can pursue field related to technology you are interested in.
