I have passed my 12th boards and i am literally not satisfied with those marks so i have decided to rewrite the exam next year. I dont want to waste 1 whole year for this so instead of wasting can I do Bsc in some university along with that can i write boards when they apppear???

Yes, you can if and only if you have the minimum percentage required for the subject you want to apply for in the B.Sc degree. Many colleges have different eligibility norms but generally if I say an aggregate of 50% is required for admission into B.Sc for general category. You can also choose the NIOS exam to improve your score and you don't have to waste a year on that.
National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) supervises the Senior Secondary exam you can give without spending a year. The mode of application filling occurs online. The exam will occur offline. The exam time is 3 Hours for a written exam and a practical exam for the subject with a practical.
Eligibility
Qualified Class 10th. For NIOS 12th entry, the student must be of 15 years as of January 31 of the year taking admission. The student should produce a 10th class pass certificate from a known board, address information and two current passport-sized photographs.
Aadhaar card or passport or ration card or other identity information.
Birth certificate for proof of date of birth
Address proof i.e. Aadhaar card/water bill/electricity bill/voter ID/ration card
Signature ( must be in black ink)
class 10th marksheet
Disability certificate for PwD candidates
Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Ex-serviceman certificate for aspirants under the Ex-serviceman category
Secondary (class 12)
Fees for admission for ODE are INR 500 for a single subject.
INR 700 for a subject comprising practicals.
The prevailing marks of your other subjects will be shifted to the open board from your board through the transfer of the credit technique.
