i have passed my 12th exam in 2021.result came out to be 63% as my studies got affected by pandemic lockdown.i need to know whether i m eligible to give jee mains and advance of 2023 to getting iit college.is there not such relaxation for those students who couldn't get chance to show their effort

Unfortunately, you have only one chance to give JEE mains examination in 2023, and not JEE advance examination.  This is because every candidate is allowed to give 3 consecutive attempts of JEE Mains and 2 consecutive for JEE advance from the year of passing out from their class 12th. Since you passed out of your class 12th on 2021, you can only give JEE advance till 2022 (2021 and 2022), further, you can give JEE mains examination till 2023 only (2021, 2022 and 2023 attempt).
