i have passed my 12th examination in 2016. but till now i am not graduate. Am i eligible to du JAT?

These are eligibility requirements as:-
A candidate to complete their 12th from any stream with 60 percentage in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects from the list of elective subjects as approved by the University of Delhi.
