You are definitely eligible to appear in JEE mains.
The minimum requirement to appear in jee is that the candidates must have cleared their 10+2 or equivalent examination in 2019 or 2020.
NOTE: If a candidate has passed class 12 or equivalent exam from a state but he/she has appeared for the improvement exam from a different state, then the state code where the student originally passed the qualifying exam will be considered for eligibility.

I hope this helps.
JEE Mains has no minimum percentage criteria. The 75% criteria is for JEE Advanced and if you want to study in IITs, NITs and GFTIs. If you studied 12th in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 2018, you are eligible for JEE Mains. For JEE, you should have passed Class 12 in 2018 or 2019. So you are eligible for JEE Mains 2020. Even Private students are eligible for JEE Mains. Even if you are writing State Boards as private student, you are still eligible for JEE Mains.
