I have passed my 12th in 2020 and not given bitsat in 2020 am I eligible to give bitsat in 2021

Yes you can give BITSAT 2021 as the eligibility criteria states that students applying for BITSAT 2021 must have passed class 12 not earlier than 2020 which means they must have passed class 12 in 2020 or appearing in 2021. So as you have passed in 12th in 2020 you can give BITSAT in the year 2021.
You need to have 75% overall percentage in PCM/B and 60% individually in PCM/B.
