Eligibility required for neet exam is to pass 10+2 with 50% with subjects physics, chemistry, biology. And age should not be less than 17 years and more than 25 years.

So if your age limit do not exceed than your eligible for appearing in exam.

I think you are not eligible bacause you have given your 12th board long time ago and and i guess your age will not be considered as per the eligibility criteria and also you dont have biology as a subject which further concludes that you wont be able to give the exam.
