i have passed my diploma now i want to take admission in btech by lateral entry so can take it ?? does it matters if i didn't have completed my 12 from science stream amd if i have did my maths as separate subject from nios so from this will i get into btech

If you have completed diploma in engineering then you will be eligible for lateral entry to b tech degree Course if you have scored minimum eligible marks in diploma .
Eligibility for pursuing b tech or bachelor of emgineering Course is that the candudate must have passed class xii with minimum 50 % marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics .
OR
The candidate must have passed diploma in engineering from government recognized university with minimum 60 % marks .
