I have passed my HSC exam last year, but i am appearing for class improvement again this year. I am planning for B.tech Cyber Security in NMIMS. Am i eligible l for the program if i consider my class improvement marksheet?( I had passed in all the subjects in first attempt.)

Dear Siddharth,
According to CBSE, the candidates wishing to appear in the improvement exam cannot engage in any higher studies. The candidate must have dropped a year if he/she wishes to appear in the improvement exam the successive year.
You may be eligible to take admission in B.Tech currently. But once you do so, you shall be ineligible to appear in the improvement examination.
