I have passed my HSC exam with 56% and have keen interest in the field of Biology (Medical). What should I go for?

You have a less percentage and chances are less to get any college in DU. You can give entrances on other universities for Bsc if interested. Admissions are about to come to an end so do not waste time and hurry up.
Or else you can prepare for MBBS studies and apply for NEET exam next year.
