I have passed NIOS 10th in April, 2020. CAn i register myself for 12th 2020-21

Hello Dear
You can register for 2020-22 Session. You can give your 12th Boards in Year 2022 & 11th in 2021. You can't give Boards in 2021. Now, you can start preparing for JEE Mains & other Competitive level Exams.
