i have passed out 10th and i want to know about diploma in vetarnary sciences

Diploma in Vetenary sciences is a three or two-year full-time programme that focuses on imparting on-the-job training in animal care and breeding. It is a full time course that opens up ample job avenues on completion. The eligibility to pursue the course shall be pass in class 12th in Science stream with subjects in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Agriculture as compulsory.

Students have a plethora of Universities/Institutions to choose from, a list for the same purpose has been provided below:

  • National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal
  • Kamdhenu University, Gandhinagar
  • Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University, Jabalpur
  • Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bikaner
  • Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati veterinary-university-svvu-tirupati)

The selection of candidates shall be strictly based on the merit of entrance exam conducted by the individual University/Institute. Some institutions shall offer admissions based on the merit of last qualifying examination. Among the entrances conducted by various Universities, the Diploma in Animal Husbandry Entrance Test (DAHET) conducted by MP Professional Examination Board (PEB) is an important exam to consider for admissions to colleges in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

No, you cant do it after 10th.The eligibility criteria for Diploma in Veterinaryrequires a candidate to have passed class 12th examination in Science stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
