Dear Sadiq, first off, there is no upper age limit for NEET. And the aggregate is calculated with marks from Biology, Physics and Chemistry. In these 3 subjects, your aggregate is 52% which is good for General Category. For a Candidate belonging to General Category, a candidate should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So you are eligible for NEET. For reference, please visit the official website at mcc.nic.in or https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx . Ath this point in time only NEET 2020 schedule has been released so you can check the Information bulletin of 2019.
