If you are asking for Gujarat colleges then you need GUJCET to gain admission there as they have made gujcet compulsory for admission into Bpharm courses since 2017.
The minimum education eligibility criteria is
"The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. And any of the Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer/ Vocational Subject with 45% aggregate for general category and 40% aggregate for other categories"
