There might be a gliche in the network and the error might have occurred due to that

audit could have been that during the payment portal some information might have been misplaced but in that case your payment would not have been shown completed

at best you could try re logging into your account and see if the issue has been solved or another case you could call upon the helpline provided during the officers are send a mail immediately addressing the issue so that they could redress your grievances at the earliest

Similar glitches havê been reported by many candidates trying to pay for the AIIMS Registration Fee form. AIIMS has not released any official notification regarding the dealing with this issue. Most likely, it will be resolved eventually if not immediately. Moreover, you can try again using a different browser, clear cache, clear browsing history, restart, re-login and then try it again. In any case, if the amount is debited twice, it will be refunded back to your account. This process may take a while but do not worry, it will be done.
