I have PCB NCERT and Allen's modules are they enough to score 640 .
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
For cracking NEET NCERT are a must. Be thourough with the lines of ncert. Especially in case of biology and inorganic chemistry.
Allen modueles will definitely be of additional help since there are extra points from entrance point of view.
But you must understand something. At the end of the day its not what and how many books you refer to that will matter. What counts is upto what extent are your fundamentals strong.
Your focus should be on builiding a strong base so that you can understand any variation in the question or apply the concept in the problems.
You might have come across toppers interviews. There are some who have cracked it in first chance only with ncert books. And then there also those toppers who have taken drop, referred several books inorder to reach where they are now.
So everybody's approach is difderent, everybody's capacuty to grasp n understnd varies. You nees to access your abilities and wrk accordingly.
If i may suggest. Then you should go for some mcq books coz dse questions will help you clarify ur concepts better.
You can go for GRB publications for chemistry, DC Pandey for physics, Dinesh/GRB for biology
(these are what i used to refer)
And make a point to solve previous year questions. They ll help you understand the type of questions asked in the exam.
Don't make a score as ur goal.. Giving ur best performance in the exam shuld b ur goal.
All the best :)
hey student
you should be thorough with your NCERTs first then skip to allen modules or any refernce book. try to solve mock tests or previous year questions to have idea of questions that are asked in NEET. questions are usually simple but tricky so its better you know pattern of questions asked. moreover you score actually depends on your hardwork no matter you have enough study matter. just remember your NCERTs should be on you finger tips.
thankyou. goodluck.
