Hi Ronak !

Well, this depends upon which college you're choosing and which trade. In some private engineering college, they have their own entrance exams, sometimes the admission process depends on jee rank.

It depends in which university you want to take admission. Many engineering colleges admissions depend on jee score where some private colleges have their own entrances. So it's depend on your choice.

Hello Ronak,

If by eligible for engineering, you mean eligible for giving the JEE Mains, the eligibility criteria for giving the exam is having passed 12th boards with Physics, Chemistry and Maths from a recognised board in India in the same or previous year as the exam.

So if you fulfil this criteria, you will be able to give the entrance examination.

Hope this helped solve your query,
