i have problem in running ..when i run my stomach starts paining in one side ..will they accept my problem in medical trst

This is not your problem only. Everyone faces this problem while running because of the exertion that running and bouncing forces inside the abdominal walls.
So, don't run while you are full or do not eat full stomach before 2-3 hours of running.
Drink lots and lots of Water as sometimes Dehydration causes cramps.
