i have provisional degree certificate (PDC) without director sign . can i apply for gate 2020 ?

Hey!There
It is mandatory that in provisional certificate must be duly signed by director or Head of department.This is one of elligibility criteria of GATE2020.So,you can't apply for GATE 2020 without director signature on provisional certificate.
