I have psassed 10+2 and born in maharashtra but don't have domicile certificate can I apply for home state quota in mht counselling 2020???

Hey there!
You'll not be able to apply under home state quota if you don't have a domicile of the particular state. You can get your domicile made now as well if you fulfill the conditions for it. It is a little variable for each state but generally you'll need to be a resident of that state for a minimum of 7 years and must have passed 12th from that state. However, it is a generalisation and it might vary for your state.
