i have pursue my graduation degree from distance college so should i am eligible for getting admission in post graduate like is distance degree is eligible for cucet exam?

If the university from which you have pursued graduation it's recognized by UGC, then definitely you can pursue higher studies through regular mode, for example IGNOU, DU SOL, NSOU, Mumbai University IDOL to name a few are recognized distance learning universities, so candidates passing out from these universities are definitely eligible for higher studies provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the course they want to enroll in, such as you have studied the specific subjects or subject combinations, meet the aggregate etc.

CUCET is conducted for admission into central universities, this year DU, JNU Delhi too are participating, NTA is the conducting authority regarding this, you can stay updated at the official website at https://cucet.nta.nic.in/ to know the latest information regarding admission schedule.
