I have pwd certificate, can i take medical certificate also

It's very good that you have your PWD certificate as it will help you avail a number of seats through quota. But to avail quota for PWD you need not have any other certificate except the PWD certificate atleast in all India counselling. If your state is having any other rules, it is better to clarify from state authorities.
