I have qualified Gate and I got allotment in Andhra University under RGN category ? Can I get stipend?

Hii..
As you are mentioned that you qualified Gate so yes you are eligible to get stipend... .... but there are other group or category in which I AICTE not allowed the fellowship then they are not able to get scholarship and stipend..
