I have qualified GATE with score of 382/1000 in mechanical,.i belong to general category.Can I get in M.Tech thermal in Andhra University,Vizag? Is it required to write AP PGECET ?

cutoff score changes every year and depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matric etc. see admission is based on either of gate score or appgecet, so even if you did not appear in appgecet exam you may participate in counselling, however at this score you have less chances for andhra university.
