I have qualified in GATE 2020 Chemical engineering discipline with Gate score of 477 (AIR -1326) . Which IIT,NIT i will get at this much score?

If you consider previous Years cutoffs then You may get admission in new IITs like gandhinagar or Jodhpur, but chances are bleak for Mtech.
You Might get in MS program in new IIT's or old IIT's too.
Other than these you can get NIT's but can get Pollution control.
