Yes, you can get admission in IP University with 17k rank in IPU CET for BBA if you are a Delhi General candidate but the colleges that you would get won't be really good ones.

There is almost no hope of getting the premier ones like VIPS, MAIT or MSIT but you can try your luck in the spot round.

Other than that, you would get many average colleges to pursue your BBA UG course.

If you are an outside Delhi candidate, then sorry to say, you have very low chances of getting a good college and might land up in not so good ones.
