There is little chance to get NIT'S at this unless you're lucky enough.But you may get GFTIS or even IIITs based on your rank.

Yes for sure you will get admission in NIT according to your OBC category

Yes you can but you get nits in northern and northeastern parts of the country

Greetings from Careers360. Yes you have the chances to get admitted to NITs. But in the last rounds only you have some chances of getting new NITs. To be clear and honest, you cannot get to old NIT's but for sure in new NITs you can expect the seat in the final rounds of counseling. Good luck :)
