I have ranked with 242 as OBC NCL candidate in WBJEE 2022, Will I get chance in CS at Jadavpur Kolkata?

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank.

Assuming you from OBC-A

Anyway,

This is very difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------------------------------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------------------------------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------------------------------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------------------------------) number of students from different categories etc

But yes,

For Jadavpur University  for computer science your  general rank should be at least around 800 general rank being from obc-A category otherwise your chances for the same are low.

For example,

In 2021, in 3rd round of wbjee 2020,  805 general rank for  obc-A category was the closing rank for  Jadavpur University for computer science engineering.
