I have received 53.52% in DILR, 38.79% in QA and 8.19 in VARC and 21.50 overall percentile in CAT 17. Which MBA colleges can i apply to?

To be very honest and frank with you i would say that you will not get anything decent with this score.
My advice to you would be to prepare again and apply next year for MBA entrances. Also focus on NMAT,CMAT and other MBA extrnace examinations than CAT.

The chances are very less to get any good college for the Management programme based on this score so I would suggest you to prepare again for the exam or you can also appear for other Management programmes. If you want to check your possibilities then you can use CAT Pathfinder Tool.
