Could you please tell me what entrance exam you are talking about in the question you mentioned above, only then I can help you out. Since you have received the otp on your mail, I think that will serve the purpose.

Will you please tell me regarding which entrance examination you are asking for. Since you might have entered the wrong mobile number in the application form that's why you may not get the OTP. Since you have recieved the email verification then there is not any severe issue if you didn't recieved the OTP in your respective mobile number.
