see as per previous years ranking and closing scores of colleges, it seems very tough for you to get a tier 1 college at this percentile, see 12th score are also evaluated, but since your jee main percentile is below 85 percentile, it is hard to get a good tier 1 institute.
so if you have attempted others entrance test as well please participate in the counselling process as well.
