Hey there,
It is really good to hear about your dedication for medical. To clear your doubt l would like to say that the CBSE ratio allows students to achieve higher grades, whereas the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), the third central board, is dedicated to assisting students who are unable to complete regular courses (aspirants like you). The sole distinction between CBSE, ICSE, and NIOS boards is that NIOS is more flexible in terms of subject selection.
NIOS, unlike other board exams, does not have a reputation for being tough to pass. The NIOS exam is really simple, but that does not imply you do not need to study. If you focus on your studies and put in some effort, you can do well on the NIOS exam.
Hope it helps and best of luck for your future endeavors!!!!!
Regards
