Hello There ,
It is not necessary that if you have registered you would have to give both the exams but , As you have already registered for both B.Tech and B.arch exams , according to me you should appear for both the exams , as there are many aspirants who give both the exams and then according to their result they are able to choose the stream and college suits them better . Giving both the exams will open a greater range of opportunity and it would increase your chances of getting a good college .

B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
Hello student if you're not willing to pursue B.tech then it's not mandatory to appear in Jee main paper 1 for B.tech /BE.
You need to appear in only Jee main paper 2 for Barch/Bplan
Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board. (this year 75 percent minimum criteria removed student need to obtain a passing certificate.)
