The second case can be the university has not released the admit card yet. Do confirm it once with the administrative department or you can also keep checking the notifications regarding the release of admit card for NATA 2nd session on internet (on the official website). If the admit card is not released yet, you will be seeing an option of admit card download when it will be released.
