I have registered for phase 1 Met (Mahe manipal entrance ) 2021 do I need to register again for phase 2 for my first registration covers it ?

I would like to tell for both phases of entrance exam, candidate have to fill registeration forms separetely . The last date to register for phase 2 exam is around 25th may 2021 . Kindly fill the form separtely for your course by paying application fees of 600 as soon as possible and examindation fees which is around 1400. You can refer to the following link:-
