If the payment is unsuccessful your application will not be considered. You have to initiate the payment of the application fee one once again in order to submit the application. The amount that was deducted earlier will be refunded to the same bank account within 7-10 working days. You do not have to worry about that. If it isn't refunded you can contact the bank's customer service and enquire. They shall assist you in this regard.
