I HAVE SAID NO TO PROVISIONALLY ALLOTED SEAT IN KIITEE BUT TODAY I GOT MAIL THAT I HAVE ALLOTED TO THE PREVIOUSLY ONE ONLY AND TOLD ME TO COMPLETE FEE PAYMENT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO PLS HELP?

I think if you don't want to take admission then you don't need to pay the fee. You can simply ignore the mail. But if you are planning to attend other round of counseling or already paid some kind of fee and want refund then you should chek the procedure for doing so properly or you can contact the authorities.
