NEET scores are used in admissions to MBBS/BDS programme in medical colleges throughout the country based on All India quota (85%) and state quota (85%).

Unfortunately as  your marks are too low you might not get any government college. But there are various private medical colleges which conduct their own entrance exams, you can go for these colleges.
