I have score 468 in mat dec so can i apply for pgdm finance with this score in iibs

Based on your MAT score the chances seems to be less to get a call from IIBS. If you want to check your other chances then you can use MAT Pathfinder Tool.
With this score you can not expect very good colleges so I would suggest you to apply again for the exam & try to score well.
