If you want to pursue for Bachelor of physiotherapy then you must come under the eligibility criteria of this course which says that you must have a minimum aggregate score of 50% or equivalent CGPA at the 10+2 level (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) . So yes you can give get admission in this course by giving entrance exam like CET ( Common entrance test ) and All India Medical Entrance Examination (AIMEE) to get into Bachelor's Degree Physiotherapy Course.

the eligibility criteria for bachelor in physiotherapy course is candidates must have studied 12th course from a recognized education board with physics, chemistry and biology as a subject. however the admission in maharastra state colleges is based on also neet score. buy in others state colleges admission is based on 12th score or entrance test conducts by the college.
now coming to the closing score, it changes every year, depends on certain facts like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix.
I suggest you to apply for multiple colleges to get the maximum possibility of admission process.
